影片翻拍自周杰伦自导自演的同名电影《不能说的秘密》，讲述了音乐大学学生湊人（京本大我 饰）在过去的事件中受到创伤，她与雪乃（古川琴音 饰）在钢琴的引导下相互吸引，雪乃的天真烂漫和动人心弦的琴音抚慰了湊人，两人一起度过的日子变得无可替代，但有一天，雪乃从湊人面前消失了。
日版《不能说的秘密》将于6月28日在日本上映。
