从曝光的演出现场照来看，这是一部街头风的现代版《罗密欧与朱丽叶》。主演们都穿着深色系的运动风舞台服，现场布景也十分简单。据悉，这部全新编排的舞台剧《罗密欧与朱丽叶》此前因启用黑人演员饰演朱丽叶备受争议，此番正式公演后曝光的舞台照再次得到网友辣评。
