《变形金刚：起源》讲述了年轻时候的擎天柱（克里斯·海姆斯沃斯配音）和威震天（布莱恩·泰里·亨利配音）从手足变为仇敌的故事。此外，本片的配音阵容还包括：斯嘉丽·约翰逊配音艾丽塔，科甘-迈克尔·凯配音大黄蜂，乔·哈姆配音御天敌，劳伦斯·菲什伯恩配音钛师傅。
