截至7月17日14时30分，2024暑期档总票房突破47亿元。其中，电影《默杀》以9.48亿的票房暂列票房榜榜首。暂列第二的《抓娃娃》势头强劲，上映第二天累计票房突破7亿，并连续4日获得票房日冠、观影人次日冠、上座率日冠、预售日冠四大满贯。《云边有个小卖部》以4.93亿的票房成绩紧随其后，位列第三。
此外，《头脑特工队2》《神偷奶爸4》等新上映的动画电影均上榜，带来了夏日动画狂欢。
