该剧改编自同名小说，讲述在日本留学的女主洪（李世荣 饰）遇到男主润吾（坂口健太郎 饰），在经历哀切的爱情和离别后，时隔5年再次在韩国重逢展开"命运之爱"的故事。
《爱过之后来临的》由文贤盛执导，李世荣、坂口健太郎、洪宗玄、中村安奈主演，将于9月27日在韩国播出。
