本片以“集体疯狂”效应为主题，聚焦潜藏在现代社会下的连锁憎恨。影片的主人公是网名为Ratel的吉井良介（菅田将晖 饰），他靠倒卖挣钱维持生计，正当他的工作步入正轨时，可疑的事情却频繁发生，日常生活逐渐崩坏。
电影《云》由黑泽清执导，菅田将晖主演，古川琴音、奥平大兼、冈山天音、荒川良良、洼田正孝出演，将于9月27日上映。
