网讯 据韩媒3月28日报道，全智贤在出演《智异山》后，时隔两年有望重返荧幕，与姜栋元合作出演新剧《北极星》（暂译）。该剧由金希元(《小小姐们》)执导，郑瑞景(《分手的决心》)操刀剧本，讲述了以为失去自我浑浑噩噩活下去的间谍，为了寻找生活价值，进而谱写出的浪漫爱情故事。强大的阵容，令剧迷狂呼期待！
关于全智贤出演该剧的消息，所属经纪公司IEUM HASHTAG表示：“全智贤出演《北极星》一事正在积极商讨。”姜栋元方表示，《北极星》是收到邀约的作品之一。记者询问道姜栋元的新作是电影还是电视剧，得到回复称：电视剧回归也在积极讨论中。如果合作促成，这将是姜栋元时隔二十年后回归电视剧的作品。
据悉，如果选角敲定该剧将马上投入拍摄，但播出平台还在讨论中。
