544起案件中，葛优胜诉率达99.6%，仅有两起案件一审因取证程序瑕疵未判定企业侵权，另有一份判决仅判企业道歉无需赔偿。542家企业在赔礼道歉的同时，赔偿葛优经济损失、合理维权成本等共计759.4392万元。
