杰克·吉伦哈尔和杰米·李·柯蒂斯在《盟约》中，杰克·吉伦哈尔演绎了有情义的军士一角，在阿富汗执行任务期间，他与当地翻译从伏击中幸存，当得知翻译一家没有获准前往美国后，吉伦哈尔重返战区，救回了老朋友。
杰克·吉伦哈尔据悉，该片定于4月21日在北美上映。
