新田真剑佑、麦迪森·伊瑟曼真人版电影《圣斗士星矢》改编自同名漫画，讲述一个街头孤儿无意中发现了自己隐藏的力量，为保护被神秘组织追杀的转世女神Sienna，他放下自己的过去，正视自己成为十二宫骑士的命运。
麦迪森·伊瑟曼饰演星矢的新田真剑佑在发布会现场帅气登场，与穿着黑色性感长裙的麦迪森·伊瑟曼亲密互动。据悉，真人版电影《圣斗士星矢》将于5月12日在北美上映。
