本季由海莉·费弗(《咆哮》)编剧、运作，部分改编自Danielle Valentine的新小说《Delicate Condition》，讲述一个女人开始信服一个邪恶人物的存在，后者将不遗余力确保她永远无法怀孕。
《美国恐怖故事》第12季已于今年4月，在纽约开拍，具体开播日期待定。
