发哥表示，他摔倒时侧身落地，导致左侧第四条肋骨出现骨裂，当他笑或者咳嗽，甚至是用力呼吸都会感到痛。同时，发哥的双手手掌也被石头刮得流血，伤口颇深。医生已嘱咐，要他暂停跑步及运动两个月。
