网讯 8月18日，电影《孤注一掷》出品方发布《严正声明》，针对近期网络平台上出现的“《孤注一掷》涉嫌侵权”、“坏猴子（上海）文化传播有限公司涉嫌侵权”等不实言论进行回应。
《孤注一掷》出品方表示，“《孤注一掷》剧本是由导演/编剧申奥、编剧张艺凡、许渌洋合力，取材众多真实事件原创完成的，剧本的完整知识产权归属坏猴子（上海）文化传播有限公司享有。”“投资方之一阿里影业与空谷幽水公司的项目合作和争议和本片无关，将由阿里影业负责处理解决。”
针对目前出现的不实言论，《孤注一掷》出品方要求相关方立即删除不实言论，并发表道歉声明，否则将采取一切法律措施维护合法权益。
