《漫长的季节》作为年代悬疑剧，从开播起便好评如潮，豆瓣评分高达9.4分，是今年国产电视剧的最高分。
本月早些时候，在第18届首尔国际电视剧大赏上，《漫长的季节》获最佳迷你剧奖，范伟摘得最佳男演员奖。在釜山国际电影节公布的“亚洲项目大赏＆国际OTT大赏”入围名单中，《漫长的季节》收获5项提名：最佳男主角（范伟）、最佳创意奖、最佳导演奖（辛爽）、最佳新人女演员奖（李庚希）、最佳特效奖。
