影片改编自艾丽·康威的同名小说，讲述一名世界级特工坚信自己是畅销的谍战小说家，直到恢复记忆和技能后，开始向以往效力的神秘组织报复。除了亨利·卡维尔，本片其他主演还包括布莱丝·达拉斯·霍华德、山姆·洛克威尔、布莱恩·科兰斯顿、凯瑟琳·欧哈拉、杜阿·利帕、约翰·塞纳、塞缪尔·杰克逊等。
目前，《阿盖尔：神秘特工》已确认将于2024年登陆内地大银幕，档期暂未公布。
