故事改编自Rufi Thorpe的同名新书，玛戈因与大学英文教授发生婚外情而怀孕，不得不依靠Onlyfans赚钱。她在前摔角选手父亲的帮助下，在该平台上风生水起。
大卫·E·凯利在商谈担任该剧的联合编剧，也将通过他的制作公司担任执行制作人。同时《牡丹花下》后的再次合作的妮可·基德曼和艾丽·范宁，以及达科塔·范宁将一起担任执行制作人，A24制作。
