作为Netflix的大热剧集，《星期三》于去年1月官宣续订，并于今年4月在爱尔兰开拍。除了正在拍摄的第二季，Netflix还计划继续开发“亚当斯一家”这个IP，正在筹备一部关于费斯特叔叔的衍生剧集。
《星期三》是《亚当斯一家》的真人衍生剧，由蒂姆·波顿执导，珍娜·奥尔特加、凯瑟琳·泽塔-琼斯等主演。该剧讲述亚当斯一家的女儿星期三被父母强制送到专收异类学生的寄宿学校就读，挖掘学校的历史秘密，并解开一系列谋杀案的谜底。
