王生於夜间赶路途中遇见一名绝色女子，问及为何深夜在外，女子自称名叫小禾，为躲避追婚逃出，王生便收留小禾至书斋，并与她相拥入睡，王生却迷恋小禾，从此无心功名。王妻陈氏得知王生是为此女子荒癈课业，於是邀来懂武功的王二朗调查，王二朗来到书斋见一名女子脸部只剩骷颅头，女子并将一张人皮画成绝色美女再将画披上，陈氏请王二朗找他师父帮忙，道士准备出手时，小禾却从窗户闯入，将王掳走，吃了王生心房并复制...... 展开全部
