动画作者John Canemaker的父亲在1995年去世，对他来说，父亲一直活在自己的脑海中，就像那夜空中的月亮，时常与之对话。 多年后，他以父子对话的形式制作了这部30分钟的动画，回忆了孩童时期暴怒的父亲、紧张而又幸福的家庭关系、少年时期父亲涉嫌的旅馆纵火案、父亲从意大利到美国这段时光的黑帮发家史……作者通过影像资料、照片、漫画以及动画等形式回忆了自己的童年和与父亲之间矛盾而又无以言表的奇妙关系。 本片获2006年奥斯卡最佳动画短片奖。 展开全部
